Faiz Alahmary
Partner
Over 16 years of a well-established experience of building new businesses & startups , dealing with inherent business risks and formulating compliance policies for world-renowned corporate firms. Currently, he is holding a CFO role at (SCCC) Alibaba Cloud and Chairman at Nama Chemicals. During his career, Faiz served as a Corporate Finance GM at Telecommunication Towers Company (TAWAL) , a Treasurer at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF), a Treasurer for Cristal, a leading manufacturer of titanium dioxide, Finance manager for Elite trading company and as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at Samba Financial Group.
Faiz has a history of managing cash flows, financial forecasts, borrowing, and investments, while building positive relationships with lenders and government bodies to ensure support for capital projects for large-scale projects in Yanbu, Jubail, and Jazan. He graduated with distinction from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in Finance before attaining a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from the esteemed Stevens Institute of Technology. Also, he successfully completed The Emerging CFO's Executive Leadership program at Stanford Business School and The Emerging leadership program at Insead Business School.
Anton Kalashnikov
Partner and COO
Anton has extensive experience developing waste management solutions for businesses and governments. For over 12 years, he has consulted on sorting and recycling projects for municipal solid waste and industrial waste streams.
Anton has served as a technical consultant and EPCM contractor, while also investing in projects as a partner. He has designed sorting lines and recycling plants for materials like paper, plastic and PET.
More recently, Anton joined EcoTechnopark as a partner to build facilities recycling over 1 million tons of waste annually. Previously, as Commercial Director at Clean City Company, he oversaw the recycling of 1.2 million tons of waste into 23 fractions.
Anton's career spans management roles in various industries, from oil depot deputy manager to CEO of a railway construction company.
With a proven track record of implementing sustainable waste management systems, Anton helps organizations maximize resource recovery and minimize waste - core imperatives for a thriving circular economy.
DENIS RUSINOVICH

With over 20 years of experience, Denis advises high-growth companies on strategic and financial matters.
His expertise lies at the intersection of investments, strategy and project financing. Denis specializes in innovative sectors like digital assets, private equity, mining and technology. Throughout his career, Denis has successfully raised over $1 billion for projects.
With a global mindset, Denis has advised clients across Europe, CIS and beyond. Based in Berlin since 2017, he now focuses on helping startups in Germany and Europe access the right mix of funding to scale.
Denis' strengths include performing thorough due diligence, evaluating investment opportunities, and building trusted relationships with founders and CEOs. He provides holistic recommendations that consider each company's objectives and situation.

Ammar Abdulhameed Naji
Board Advisor
Ammar Naji is a seasoned urban planner with over two decades of diverse experience in academia, government, and the private sector. Currently, he serves as a consultant at Urban Planning and Lands Deputyship within the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing in Saudi Arabia.
Previously, Ammar held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister for Urban Design and Visual Appeal at the same deputyship.
He earned his PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
In his government roles, Ammar has overseen departments and initiatives focused on sustainable development, urban economy, GIS applications, public realm guidelines, and quality of life indicators. He has also developed policies and standards to promote high-quality, sustainable urban development in Saudi cities.
Before joining the Ministry, Ammar worked as a professor and Vice Dean at King Abdulaziz University. In this capacity, he launched new master's programs, established the Saudi Planners Association, and consulted on smart campus and sustainability projects.
Ammar has additionally gained valuable experience in the private sector, holding roles as General Manager and Director of Marketing at automotive companies in Saudi Arabia and an intra-company position at Toyota Motor Japan.
